I do not hold any bank payment card details, these are held securely by our nominated payment partner, Paypal.

Where you have opted-in to receive news, periodic offers, or promotional email marketing, I will use only relevant personal information to contact you.
Monthly Newsletter
I send out a newsletter at the start of each month with news, Kirtan, workshop and new release information, periodic offers, or promotional email marketing. This is only sent to those who have opted-in and signed-up to the newsletter via the sign-up form on the website or by supplying their details solely for this purpose at a Kirtan or workshop. When you sign-up via the website you will be sent a verification email. Only when you have clicked the link in the email will your newsletter subscription be activated. The newsletter database and sign-up process is hosted by MailChimp.
Updating your preferences (Newsletter)
You can change your personal information (name and email address) for receiving the newsletter by clicking ‘Update Profile’, available at the top of every newsletter.
If you no longer wish to receive my newsletter please use ‘Unsubscribe from this list’ link available at the top of each newsletter or by emailing me at om@timchalice.com quoting ‘please unsubscribe me’ in the subject line.
Requesting a copy of your personal information
If you wish to request, amend, delete or move details of personal information held on systems and stored by Tim Chalice please contact me at om@timchalice.com. I will honour these requests within one month of receiving them.

Tim Chalice collects your personal information directly from you when you complete a form on the website, order a product or service, attend a workshop or sign-up to our newsletter.
